Is Nagios certification available at the conference?

While certification exams won’t be administered on-site, all conference attendees will receive a discount code for the Nagios Certified Professional – Core certification exam. It’s a great way to build on what you learn during your Nagios training at the event.

You can submit a speaker application for the Nagios World Conference 2025 by visiting our speaker registration page. Simply fill out the application form and submit your proposal to be considered.

Registration and the welcome event begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, September 29, 2025. If you miss Monday’s check-in, registration will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, September 30, followed by the Keynote Presentation at 9 a.m. For the full schedule of sessions and events, visit the agenda page.

What steps do I need to take if I am flying in from out of the country?

Accepted Answer

When traveling to the U.S., you may need the following prepared:

Passport: Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your stay in the U.S.

ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization): You may not need a U.S. visa for business, tourism, or transit for stays up to 90 days. Instead, you’ll need to apply online for ESTA before you travel.

Visa: Depending on your country of origin, you may need a visa to enter the U.S. For more information, please refer to this link.

Financial Proof: Evidence that you have enough funds to support your stay, such as bank statements or a letter from your employer Visa Approval/Interview: If a visa is required, you may need to attend an interview at the U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your home country. Make sure to have your visa approval and confirmation.

Accommodation Details: Hotel reservations or proof of where you will be staying.

Flight Details: A confirmed round-trip flight reservation, including departure and return dates.

Travel Insurance: While not required, emergency medical travel insurance is recommended.
