Each purchase of a Nagios XI license provides you with access to our Support portal, the Nagios Answer Hub, and up to ten Support Cases per year, which carry a one-business-day response time guarantee. It also includes access to all product updates (Maintenance). Note that Maintenance & Support plans require an active license and expire one year after purchase.
Additionally, as part of your Maintenance & Support benefits you receive access to Premium Features for the first year. After the first year, renewal of your Maintenance & Support plan is required to maintain this feature set. This includes features such as Single-Sign On (SSO) via MS Azure AD, the Nagios Mod-Gearman user interface, and a collection of premium Wizards!
