Brand Assets
Nagios’ principle brand assets—logos, colors, and imagery—ensure proper usage across platforms, reflecting the reliability our customers expect.

Nagios, the Nagios logo, and Nagios graphics are the servicemarks, trademarks, or registered trademarks owned by Nagios Enterprises. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
Our Nagios logo is the core of our brand identity and must be used to maintain consistency and brand recognition. It should always be reproduced from the authorized artwork provided solely by Nagios and never altered or distorted.
This is the primary logo configuration, suitable for most applications where space allows. The minimum width for the horizontal logo should be no less than 1 inch (25.4mm) in print or 150 pixels for digital use.
The logo represents our brand visually. Do not use it as a replacement for the word “Nagios” in text. Always write the company name in standard text when it appears in a sentence.
A clear space, equivalent to at least the height of the ‘N’ logo, should always be maintained around the logo perimeter to preserve its visual impact. This rule applies to all logo variations.
This logo is used in instances where space is constrained or a more minimalistic approach is preferred. The N serves as an abbreviated but still recognizable version of our brand identity.
This logo offers high visibility in environments where distinction from the background is necessary. It is also used when a more symmetrical design presentation is required.
The Nagios color palette captures the essence of our brand with a balance of reliability and clarity. Anchored by our foundational colors: Nagios Blue, Nagios Navy, Core Black, and Core White, this palette ensures a consistent and professional look across all brand applications.
To champion simplicity of use within a complex product offering, Nagios uses Roboto as the primary typeface and Geist as the secondary. Chosen for readability, these fonts ensure we are not straining the eyes of our customers. Please note, Roboto and Geist are not pre-installed on most devices. Access and installation instructions are provided via the hyperlinks below. If you are unable to install or use Roboto and Geist, Arial is the approved replacement font.
With friendly and open curves meeting a rigid structure, Roboto, like Nagios, does not compromise its function of headline readability. Nagios uses Roboto exclusively for header text.
Geist is a font that is built for lengthy reads of body text. By using this font in this manner, customers will feel at ease when diving into long form, complex, and technical documentation.
Roboto Mono allows for us to set the rhythm of reading while taking in instances of code. This should be used in all cases where coding is present.
