As an Accounts Receivables (AR) Specialist with Nagios Enterprises, you will be responsible for solidifying relationships with customers and resellers by processing payments, issuing, and renewing licenses, creating estimates, quotes, invoices, tracking reminders and extensions. You deliver support with a sense of urgency, while remaining committed to protecting private, sensitive information.

Job Duties:

  • Manage Orders email inbox
  • Process PO’s and issue invoices
  • Process payments
  • Issue license keys, license renewals and end user license certificates
  • Close Salesforce Opportunities
  • Process incoming order requests
  • Issue paid invoice copies
  • Work with sales teams on trial extensions
  • Work with sales teams to update customer information as needed (company name changes and mergers)
  • Send Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Issue documents such as W-9, Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Generate certification accounts
  • Issue certification certificates
  • Fill out vendor forms and portals
  • Issue refunds
  • Bill MSP Clients
  • Issue license Transfer Agreements
  • Track past due invoices for Net Term Resellers
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Update training documents, as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years AR Experience
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Data entry and word processing skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • High degree of accuracy
  • Protects Nagio’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • SalesForce experience
  • Office and/or Accounting experience

Required General Qualifications:

  • Local to the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metro area
  • Excellent grasp of the English language
  • Strong and professional communication skills — written, verbal and presentation
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Professional work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
  • Self-starter that demonstrates initiative
  • Ability to learn and problem-solve quickly

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Standard office environment
  • Temporarily Remote during COVID
  • Full Time – 40 hours/week
  • Must have flexibility to work more than standard 8-hour days occasionally
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
