Nagios Founder Ethan Galstad Receives Oustanding Achievement Award

January 31, 2012 - Nagios Founder Ethan Galstad received the 2011 SAGE Oustanding Achievement Award for his contributions to the system administration community. The award was presented by USENIX staff at the recent LISA 2011 conference in Boston, MA.

The SAGE Oustanding Achievement Award is an annual award that is presented to individuals whose professional contributions to the system administration community over a number of years merit special recognition. Previous award winners include Larry Wall, Paul Vixie, Wietse Venema, Tobi Oetiker and the Samba team.
