The new offering means that our customers will be entitled to free upgrades of Nagios XI and faster support services while their support and maintenance plan is in effect.
Existing customers who previously purchased XI licenses without maintenance or support will be able to upgrade their plans and utilize the new services by paying the difference between their original purchase price and the new plan prices. By popular request, we're enhancing our Nagios XI offering with the addition of built-in maintenance and support services. Starting in April, 2010 we'll begin providing maintenance and email support services with each new purchase of Nagios XI. Pricing for Nagios XI with maintenance and support will start at just $1,295 USD/year.
